ACCEPTANCE OF CONDITIONS
The customer acknowledges the conditions set out on www.lepie.ch and expressly declares to accept them without reservation . These conditions of use govern the contractual relations between House of Foods Sarl and its client, both parties accepting them without reservation.

PRIVACY POLICY
On the basis of Article 13 of the Federal Constitution and the data protection provisions of the Federal (Data Protection Act, DPA) everyone has the right to privacy and protection against misuse of their personal data. We fulfill these provisions. Personal information is strictly confidential and not sold nor passed to third parties.

When you access our website the following data in the log files are stored: IP address, date, time, browser request and general information transmitted to the operating system, respectively … Browser. This usage of data forms the basis of statistical, anonymous evaluations so that trends can be distinguished by which we can improve our offer accordingly.

PRODUCTS
www.lepie.ch sells and distributes food products that are sourced and produced in Switzerland.

ORDERS
A firm order is placed when the customer presses the “Place Order” button on the confirmation page. By placing an order, you make us an offer to buy the products you have selected. We reserve the right to accept or decline this offer, at our discretion. House of Foods Sarl confirms the acceptance and the processing of the order to the customer, to the e-mail address that the latter will have provided when registering on the site. This confirmation is effective when the customer receives an e-mail from www.lepie.ch indicating that the order has been placed in “Processing” or “Shipped” mode. This e-mail thus forms a sales contract between the you and House of Foods Sarl. House of Foods Sarl reserves the right to cancel any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute over payment of a previous order. In the event of an error in the wording of the recipient’s contact details, House of Foods Sarl cannot be held responsible for the impossibility in which it could be to deliver the product (s) ordered.

SHIPPING
The delivery period begins upon receipt of payment (to the bank account of House of Foods Sarl) or from confirmation from the credit card company (Stripe) until the shipment of the order. The products, if they are in stock, are dispatched within a few days (typically 3 to 5 working days) to the address indicated by the customer when ordering. Otherwise, the customer will be notified by email of a later shipping date. Depending on the country, shipping costs differ. All packages are sent by post from Switzerland. LEGAL
Swiss law applies to all commercial relations with House of Foods Sarl. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all procedures is Lausanne, Canton of Vaud, Switzerland. The imperative forums provided by law remain reserved. Any dispute as to the interpretation or execution of these T&C that cannot be resolved amicably will be referred to Swiss law.

CANCELLATION
