Luckily we have friends from all over the world, and this wonderful recipe was created with the help of our friend Norman from the Indian restaurant La Crochetta.
Marinated free range chicken slow cooked in a home-made comfortably spiced curry and green beans (for the freshness and a bit of crunch) all wrapped in a short crust pastry.
Ingredients : Chicken, onions, green beans, cumin, curcuma, coriander, garlic, garam masala, tomato concentrate, cream, yoghurt, olive oil, flour, water, butter, salt, pepper, parmesan, egg.
